Bayshore Members: just bring your membership card.
Short-Term Renters: please bring proof of rental. The daily cost for renters will be determined at the Annual Meeting in May.
The recreation room which has billiard tables, a ping pong table, Nintendo games, books, movies, badminton net and paddles, coloring books, crayons and other activities and is open during the pool hours.
To take advantage of the tennis courts please check out a key, and rackets if you need, from either the office manager or the caretaker. There are swings and a basketball net next to the tennis court. The picnic tables in back of the clubhouse are painted and ready. With all of these activities as well as the beautiful Oregon coastline, there is something for everyone at Bayshore!
POOL CLOSURE
The last day to use the pool for this year will be Sunday, September 10. Work will begin on September 11 to get the pool ready for next year.
MEMBERSHIP RULES
- Two (2) membership cards are issued to each member of the Bayshore Beach Club upon payment of the annual dues. Members who own multiple lots shall receive a total of two cards.
- Youth cards (14-17 years old) will be issued to youths who are dependents of members of Bayshore. They are allowed to bring one guest.
- Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult member (18 or older) and must not be left unattended.
- Member assumes responsibility for any damages and/or behavior of his/herself and guests. If there is any abuse of the privileges of the clubhouse or pool, the cards will be confiscated and the owner must come before the Board of Directors to request return of the card.
- Members whose property is used as a long-term rental (over 20 days) may choose to transfer their club privileges to the renter; the member’s club privileges are thereby suspended. To complete this transfer the member or renter must bring the original membership cards to the office, where two membership cards will be issued in the renters name to replace the original cards.
- Swimming and poolside privileges may be limited to two hours per day per person, especially during busy times.
- Members generally must accompany their guests. However, members may designate up to eight (8) adult family members (four listed on each card) who may utilize the facilities unaccompanied. Maximum of 6 people per card.
- Vacation renters (short-term, less than 20 days) do not have club privileges. However, they may pay to use the pool and recreation facilities on a daily basis. The daily rate is $4.00 per person or family rate of $15.00 (maximum 5). A rental receipt must be provided before access.
