Ted Thurman calls the meeting to order at 1:03p.m. Board members introduce themselves.

MSP Ray Schmidt motions to approve the minutes from November 15, 2003. Kevin MacPhee seconds the motion. Motion carried.

The Budget, Planning, Social/Welcoming, Beach Access and RV Parking Area committees gave reports.

Beach access discussion.

MS Kevin MacPhee motions to accept the information given regarding opening up two beach access. Approximate cost $1410.00. Discussion.

MS Max Metcalf motions to have the two beach accesses surveyed at a cost of $125.00. Ray Schmidt seconds the motion. Motion and second withdrawn.

MSP Kevin MacPhee motions to open two beach accesses at the cost of $1400.00. Ray Schmidt seconds the motion. 4 for, Kevin MacPhee, Max Metcalf, Dan Norton and Ray Schmidt, 1 opposed, Mary Lou Morris.

Entrance sign was discussed.

Road District report was given.
