Board of Directors Special Meeting
November 18, 2006

President Witt called the meeting to order at 11:00 AM and established there was a quorum present. He explained the meeting was called regarding the Sanders house at 2202 NW Bayshore Loop.

Norman Fernandes further explained that the directors met with attorney Dennis Bartoldus on Thursday. The attorney suggested the directors have a meeting, go to executive session, talk about the issue, take a vote and report back to the members.

Norman Fernandes made a motion to go into executive session. Bill Stephenson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

President Witt called the meeting back to order at 11:50 AM.

Maren Taylor made a motion to direct Dennis Bartoldus, our attorney, to correspond with the owners, builders, and Mr. Dahlke regarding the dispute at the project located at 2202 NW Bayshore Loop and possible resolutions and advising the Sanders of their right to appeal at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting. Norman Fernandes seconded the motion.

Norman Fernandes asked that the record reflect that Jim Harlan had to leave the meeting during executive session.

Norman Fernandes made the motion for the meeting to adjourn. Bill Stephenson seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
