Special Board of Directors Meeting
October 26, 2006

In attendance:
Nelsen Witt, President Division 1
Kevin MacPhee, Vice President Division 7
Connie Abercrombie, Corporate Secretary Division 4
Maren Taylor, Director Division 2
Ray Hunt, Director Division 3
Jim Harlan, Director Division 4
Bill Stephenson, Director Division 5
Norman Fernandes, Director Division 6

Absent:
Roy Taylor, Director Division 1
Sandie Eckerson, Secretary-Treasurer

President Witt called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. President Witt declared a quorum present. He announced that Roy Taylor is absent due to an injury some time ago and has been in and out of the hospital. He is still in Salem in a recovery center.

Norman Fernandes made a motion to go into Executive Session. Jim Harlan seconded the motion. It passed unanimously.

Directors went into Executive Session at 6:08 PM.

President Witt called the meeting back to order.

Norman Fernandes made a motion to turn the Sanders matter over to the Planning Committee for their review. Have Sandie call Gary Cummins (Chair of Planning Committee) or notify Gary that they are to do so. Jim Harlan seconded.

Norman Fernandes made a motion to have Sandie contact Gary Nyhus to perform an elevation on the ridge of the house as it stands now. Jim Harlan seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Jim Harlan made a motion to adjourn. Kevin MacPhee seconded.
