President Fernandes called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

Larry Dahlke made a motion to adjourn to an executive session. Don Butler seconded. A show of hands carried the motion unanimously.

President Fernandes called the meeting to order again at 6:10 PM.

Don Butler made a motion formally affirming an e-mail poll taken by Kevin MacPhee from the Board of Directors on October 25, 2007 ending Cam Cook’s employment with Bayshore beach Club. Larry Dahlke seconded. The motion carried unanimously.

Kevin MacPhee made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by all members present and a round of ayes ended the meeting at 6:15 PM
