It is very important that before any construction, repair or remodeling work on your home or buildings, (including decks, roofs, fences, etc.) you must get written approval from the Planning Committee. (This is in accordance with our CC& Rs).

Sandie, our secretary in the Bayshore office, can get the necessary forms for you to fill out and return to her. She will then give them to the Planning Committee to approve and sign.

Remember, the violation fees are now in effect, and be enforced by the Planning Committee and the Board of Directors. Please read carefully the packet that was sent out to you recently about the fees and CC&Rs.

 

Scotch Broom

Many property owners have responded to the Planning Committee’s request to remove the Scotch Broom from their lots. The Scotch Broom that has been dug up or sprayed after being cut is the most likely not to be seen again. It must be remembered that the Broom will return if it is only cut off and not sprayed or treated. But thanks go out to those owners who have improved the looks of Bayshore by ridding their lot of the unsightly Scotch Broom.
