FABULOUS FIRE PEARLS

1957 the Smithsonian Institution Astrophysical Observatory in a long published report summed up by declaring, "Chemical evidence suggests that tektites must come from an extra-terrestrial source, among which the moon is an acceptable one.
These tectites appear black but are actually a transparent amber if cut.
