WEIGHT REDUCTION
Theory: Obesity is a deficiency disease, similar to scurvy.
Our food is now grown on monofarms, in which the trace elements
are no longer available.
The enzymes necessary to change stored fat, back to sugar which the
cells need for energy, can't be made without the trace elements.
So the trace elements must be supplied from seawater or a supplement.
Step 1. supply the elements the body needs
Step 2. eliminate poisons
Step 3. Thought process, to stimulate energy production.
Step 4. Take a "before" picture. Record your weight, record your waist, & hip measurements.
Experiment: The key factor is Intent.
Setup:
1. Make an emergency energy usage list.
Make a list of all the projects you've been putting off.
Purchase any supplies necessary to accomplish them.
2. Select an ideal body image, be realistic for your bone structure.
(were reducing fat, and building muscle, not depleting bones.)
3. The key factor "Intent". Make another list of all the things
you can dream of such as: (things with all day extreme energy requirements.)
An all day bicycle marathon race.
Climbing a mountain.
White water rafting.
Bucking hay all day.
Etc.
4. Take the seawater {1 Tablespoon in an 8 oz glass of water per day}
Or 4 tbs seawater to a quart of orange juice. (tastes better)
Or trace element supplement. I haven't tested this, I use seawater.
When you go to bed visualize the ideal body image.
Run through the imaginary muscle exercises.
When you wake up, before you get out of bed.
Run through the imaginary muscle exercises again.
Plan your day with INTENT to do something from the extreme energy requirement list.
Process: The first thing that will happen is you will get a wave of fatigue.
Maintain your intent and go back to sleep or relax for 30 minutes.
Fairly soon you will experience a rush of energy.
Get up and start your day. If you start bouncing off the walls, like from a sugar rush.
Do one of the emergency list items.
What happened is the Intent thought triggered the "second wind" enzymes to start
breaking down stored fat into sugar (thats where the tiredness came from.)
Then the sugar became available and your energy jumped.
Your Ideal image thoughtform, guided which area provided the fat to break down into sugar.
Repeat on about the same schedule that a weight lifter uses, every other day or 3 times
a week. That gives the body time to adjust to the changes.
After 1 month
Take an after picture and record measurements again.
If your diabetic, record your blood sugar before the intent process and after
the energy rush, adjust insulin to the rush side. Keep a candy bar handy if you
get an insulin shock reaction.
The seawater should gradually cure the diabetes, as the cells in the pancreas get
the trace elements they need, to do their job. It will also balance out your
cholesterol factors. Its all related to the trace element deficiency.
Repeat for another month.
Experiment over.
History:
My mother had diabetes, and I researched it while taking medical technology
at OTI.
There was a man in the 1930's that came up with the cure for diabetes.
Seawater, but the Government shut him down because the drug companies couldn't
make any money from it.
My Mother did the experiment (relative to diabetes) when it proved it was working
on her Heart problems, at about 2 months, she refused to take it anymore.
It seems there is more to disease than the physical, she was using her heart problems
to control the family. Anytime there was any disagreement her hand would go to her heart
and that was the end of the disagreement.
Check your reasons for your conditions. There usually is one.
Is it worth it, or can it be resolved some other way.
I can't sell seawater for this purpose.
But I can sell my labor to go get you some. Its about 50 miles from my house.
I get mine from a tidepool at Neptune beach on the Oregon coast, at low tide,
that way the water has settled. Then I strain it through a coffee filter.
A gallon will last almost a year.
