After the Mars colony in Mons Olympus is functional,
We will begin the next step towards interstellar space.
Its beginnings are small, a hexagonal unit framework,
A place to store mass accumulated from the asteroid belt.
These hexagonal units can be attached to each other to
form;
Parking garages for personal spaceships
stabilized with cables & magnetic links.Storage for Solar
smelters for manufacturing sheets of material for
enclosing hexagonal rooms, living space
We now have a garage and a house.
The same type structure becomes an infinitely expandable
greenhouse. The garage with a spiral superconductor
becomes a launch unit.The asteroid belt supplies
building material & comet ice, which with solar energy
provides water & atmosphere for our greenhouse & living space.
Next we attach our living units to others and
become small communities. By spinning one community
connected to an opposite mass, centrifugal force provides
a simulated gravitational field. Eventually a small
sphere forms of connected communities. Next we connect
a new group of communities, thousands of meters further out
which begins construction of the next shell.
The center shell starts construction of a central
Interstellar drive, and forms a government and stable
society, while the outer shells continue to mine the
asteroid belt for mass. When the second shell
has enclosed the open space between the shells, water
air and materials begin the formation of internal ecosystems.
An interstellar colony ship has formed. Step by step in an
economically feasible manner.
