PRICESCost of testing is between $1800 - $2000 for a set of ten tests, with a charge of $250 per additional unit to be tested. Testing prices may vary depending on any additional testing protocols requested outside of the ASTM test procedures. TEST KITS
Level-1, Combination kit: $200 Two tape-lift samplers for surface sampling; 4 snap-lock Petri plates containing sterile growth medium; sterile swabs Level-2, Combination kit: $150: One tape-lift sampler for surface sampling; 4 snap-lock Petri plates containing sterile growth medium; sterile swabs. Level-3, Air and swab testing: $125: 2 snap-lock Petri plates containing sterile growth medium; gloves; sterile swabs. Level-4, Surface sampling, $100. 2 tape-lift samplers; sampling instructions. Level-5. Special Arrangements: We can work with you to provide discounts on large numbers of test kits or variations in the composition of a home test kit. Please contact us directly and we can work together to give you a balance of testing methods, amounts and your cost structure. BULK OR BUILDING MATERIAL SAMPLES $100/Substrate sample preparation. $100/organism in aggregate Regardless of the number of samples received, we only charge you once for organisms identified. Thus, if you send 5 samples, and we find the same mold in all five samples, we would charge you $100 for the identification and $500 for sample preparation. IDENTIFICATION OF FUNGI FROM CULTURES: Molds:
$100/organism/substrate. Watermolds: $150/culture. Other fungi: Price to be
negotiated. ISOLATIONS: We can isolate fungi from any substrate you submit for subsequent identification. Identifications are to species unless the organism will not sporulate in culture. We can also mail you samplers on which you may collect material for identification. ISOLATION OF UNKNOWNS : Processing fee of
$100/substrate, $10/subculture
from each substrate. Subsequent identification of subcultures follows
standard
fee schedule for organisms.
